IMO... The wrong wheel will kill a car every time... for example if there is too much negative off set, they look like skate boards or if they are over the top to wide.... eck...

You can do stickers a wing and nearly all the other things on the list tastefully but the wrong wheel will make it all come crashing down.

The 33 GTR bordered on a max power job as it came off the line.
It does not take much to push them off the edge.

Big Wings, amatuer graphics and 'the shopping list' killeth any skyline.

we have the opposite problem in the UK, people run gay skinny wheels and high offsets, making the wheels sit miles too far inside the arches as they afraid of having to roll or flare the arches.

The only thing you can say from the list is poorly fitting bodykits, the rest is all down to personal taste. Basically anything done badly, poor resprays, badly fitting kits, cheap, bad fitting bodykits etc.

If the work has been done to a high standard, you have to appreciate the work thats gone into it, whether you like the finished item or not.

It's incredible how many skylines have been totally ruined by tasteless and unnecessary exterior modifications..
It's quite sad really and potentially damaging to the marque.

If anyone on here is guilty of any of these sins, please take heed and do something about it

I'm not saying that all exterior modifications are bad, it's just some people have REALLY bad taste..

My 2p a skyline is ugly if its an R33

sorry but if you look at the family - its the ugly sister and modifying it doesnt make it any better.

R32 is my Fav, R34 isnt bad, was when Nissan realised their mistake and simply tried to make the R32 more modern. Of course, both R32 and R34 can be made to look gash too.

No offence meant to R33 owners!! We all have different tastes after all!
