Have checked the file size its 89 x 99 pixels and under 20KB

Just for your info ZTune, the avatar also has to be under a certain file size to be used, and I find that resizing then saving out in Photoshop with the 'save for web' feature helps. This gives a sliding bar from Small<----to---->Large which can bring down the file size without harming the Jpeg and pixelating it.

Its cached by your PC mate I think.
Hit alt+refresh and it will fetch the latest page from the server.
