As far as 800 sounding high, on the dyno we use I can assure you it is a very low reading and it will be improved apon substantially.

Ones the torque at the wheels and the other is the torque at the flywheel.

To take a wheel torque figure and get a "flywheel" figure, simply take the torque figure and divide by the gear ratio used.....ie if you ran with a 4.2 ratio then you take 2700nm and divide by 4.2........ make sense ?

Dynapack's show both readings depending on the graph printed.

As stated before, for some reason people seem to think what comes out of the engine is important, most who understand what they're up to only care about 2 things, 1........ what comes out at the hubs, and 2.......that they made more than when they last ran it.........

Yeah it would be normally, this car is getting a 240-900hp adjustable NOS kit to liven things up a bit.
If the owner can get the whole thing to hang together is another matter.

Do you think he'll notice?
Could you put a standard gtr turbo next to them, and take another pic?

I think that hits the nail on the head, couldn't agree more, dyno's are for comparison to confirm improvement.

Rob, you trully are an inspiring person you know that. I think the reason that posts involving you are so well read is because we all get this "breath of fresh air" from the approach you take to business, customer service and sharing knowledge.

You have the recipe there to be very successful indeed.

anyone say "UK Branch"....

Update 3: Thursday 1st March

Just spoken to Rob and the latest news is that the car is now up at R.I.P.S' new custom built workshop and is about to become the first build project done there!!!

The car is on the ramp and awaiting the new engine!!!

All parts are pretty much ready to go so now it starts to get really exciting

Yes it looks a bit bare in there but it has literally just been finished!!!

Will update this thread as stuff happens ,

Sparks
