Xtreme Scooby near Chelmsford (thumbs up)

Not skyline related but...
Took the family '53 plate WRX for a cambelt swap. Booked in for 11am and turned up on the dot. Car was taken in, tea/coffee offered straight away and whole set up seemed entirely professional (xbox to play with if need be). 50 mins later the car was being warmed up to temp and damage of £156 presented (genuine subaru belt + one hour labour)
Driving home I went for the windcreen washers and remembered the tank is empty...they had noticed and topped up for me. That's a tiny thing but i like that in company...costs pennies...speaks volumes

Thumbs up for them. Honest, quick, observant and professional

Garages should take tips from good restuarants, its the little things that count.

I travle 37 miles to an Indian Restaurant in Palmers Green in North London to an Indian called 'Taste of Raj' in aldermans hill (i think) The food is always extreemly good, but the service is 2nd to none, they can never do enough and this is what serarates them from the norm, they treat all customers the same, be them regulars or new customers. I only wish more companies took this approach.
