I can *POSSIBLY* get them done, but to be honest they aren't worth doing, they are a low end damper with high rebuild costs. Just buy some new ones. I have had several brand new HKS dampers fail when tested for similarity in out of the box settings, on a shock dyno, and not being worked hard, to boot. The settings were not at all similar, either...
Bilsteins, Konis, most Scandinavian dampers in fact are good quality. Quantum aren't TOO bad, they at least use Penske valving, so you can get repair bits for them. Most of the brightly anodised Jap stuff is junk.
