![]() Product range includes: Double Row Raidiators for NISSAN Skyline. ![]() The cores of radiators in the market has been thickened from single to double row, double to triple row, increasing the volume of coolant. But the disadvantage with the thick cores is restriction of the air flow, passing through the fins, consequently the cooling efficiency becomes worse and the temparature in the engine room become high. We all know the #1 factor for any mechanism failure is "HEAT". The heat deteriorates the engine performance and the integrity of material structure. The solution to the mentioned is the PWR lightweight, low cost, all-aluminum Double Row Radiator. All-aluminum, Double Row, Large Capacity & Light Weight Radiator High efficiency fins Analyzing water flow, we decided the optimum fin pitch, fin height, and louver pitch. Turbocharged cars, for example, have an intercooler or a condenser blocking off cool air in front of a radiator. Furthermore, heat tends to stay between an intercooler and a radiator, so the efficiency of the radiator is difficult to be displayed. PWR developed a radiator considering how to prevent heat, send cool air smoothly to the engine room and control rise in temperature . These are especially effective when driving in expressways at high load and provide high output, stabilizing the temperature of water and lowering the temperature of the air taken in to the engine room. Highly reinforced thin flat tube We developed thinner, stronger material for radiator tube. Aluminum is difficult to radiate, so we made tube thin in order to greatly improve radiation. Intake ![]() Air flow resistance is decreased by 30 % compare to other leading brand, due to much larger total element area and newly developed special synthetic membre The unique Power Enterprise's Center intake design generates Higher Air Velocity and Volume. Injectors ![]() PWR offers “top feed” and “side feed and the multi spray ports injectors. The 1 & 2 spray port paterns, depending on the engine's intake port system are PWR's unique designs. A typical hi-efficient DOHC 4 valve engine has two port intakesystem which the PWR two spray port injector can be greatly benefited. Multi spray port injectors are designed for higher level of combustion by avoiding atmized fuel hit on the wall of a intake port and flowing in dropplets. The injector sprays fuel in 150-200 microns on the back of a valve head without hitting against the wall of a intake port. When the injector size becomes larger the mentioned problem become worse, but PWR developed unique two ports injectors to minimise the inefficiency for many of today's engine applications. The fact is when it's compared to the same amount of fuel passing through the PWR big injectors and the out put horse power for any engine, none of other injectors can compete. Timing Belt ![]() The pioneer of Kevlar timing belt Super strong KEVLAR timing belt was originally developed by Power Enterprise for the tuning and racing industries. The original Kevlar timing belt developped by PWR in 1997 featured 4-times durability against stretching compared to the stock belts gained huge popularity among race engine builders and the most of tuner parts manufacturers. At end of 2006, PWR reintroduced further advanced Kevlar timing belt based on the feed backs sent to PWR from the engine builders of the world. The new Kevlar Timing Belt features Zero stretching, 2.6 times more durable compare to the original PWR Kevlar timing belt and increased haeat resistance, improved in bending flexibility to surpress unwanted osilations. PWR Super Kevlar also improved mechanism of transition stage perfect at fitting into camshaft by compounding nylon fiver in the cog portion. Large increase in durability 2.6 times stronger than the origibnal PWR Kevlar timing belt. Nearly 700% more durable than the other leading timing belt. Zero stretch attains engine's superior performance Newly developed, Kevlar, Nylon, Rubber and other materials compound for Zero Stretching, strength & superior Flexibility improved in bending flexibility to surpress unwanted harmonic oscilations Decreased diameter of Kevlar tension membre by 30%, resulted in gaining superior flexibility, Superior flexibility means less creating heat and reducing significant value of unwanting harmonic oscilations. Improved acuracy in cam gear fitting at transition stage Added nylon short fiber into the cog portion to help fit on to the timing gear in perfect form. High performance Power Enterprise Heavy metal Gasket ![]() Fuel burns at high temperature of more than 2000 and high pressure of 120-150 kgf/c instantaneously in a combustion chamber of a tuned up engine. Under these conditions, a cylinder head gasket must shut off combustion gas completely and seal passages that carry oil and coolant. As turbocharged vehicles with highly powered engines are popular now, head gaskets with grommets are widely used to seal high pressure of combustion gas. Grommets in Power Heavy Metal Gasket are designed to have surface pressure of 800-1000 kgf/c, and beads on the outer frame of a grommet are second sealing to completely prevent instant gas leak caused by knocking. Likewise, grommets coated with molybdenum prevents scratching caused by a cylinder head and a cylinder block, and nitrile gum is used for over the gasket in order to keep high sealing capability. email us for more details and prices
