Add some 260 Tomei poncams and you've got your self a very quick car!

yep a fuel pump upgrade would be a good idea mate as the old one will be a fair few years old

and yes the mafs are a must unless u are running a expensive ecu that can do away with them

and you may want to put a clutch into that package

CHANGE THE FUEL PUMP!!!!! I didn't, and I paid for it with six melted pistons when it died. It can support the fuel flow, barely, but in an R32 it's also quite old.

I'd go with 800cc injectors personally - you want to see lots of headroom with injectors. Fuel rail is probably unnecessary but redoing the fuel lines is probably a good idea as the R32 pipes are a bit small. You'll feel it the closer to get to 550-600bhp - they won't flow enough fuel.

Z32s or Nismo MAFs are required, the stock units will only measure up to 450-ish if I recall correctly.

You'll need a twinplate clutch - if you run that power with the stock clutch, well, it won't last very long!

600bhp is a good number to be at - here's my car with 2860-5 and Tomei Poncams doing 0-100mph in 8 seconds:

Just my 2p but I would invest in the D-jetro power FC to do away with the mafs.
Hope you have thought about cooling

Thumbs up 1.2mm Metal Head Gasket

Essential.

I would also recommend some attention to your suspension set up. Exactly how much is down to your budget, but the driving improvements attainable from this cannot be understated. With 500+ horse on UK roads, you will need it.

Another intercooler would also help, the original would be at its max. I've got a brand new one, complete set of hardpipes, running to the turbos and from intercooler to the plenum. They're for sale if interested?.
