"The Garage", Wishaw

A quick mention, and huge thanks, for "The Garage" in Wishaw.

Marc and the guys did good, in fact much more than good, with my engine rebuild.

Was that your GTR that I saw on Monday in The Garage ?

Callum was working on the block and crank, I was having a good nose around it, your bearings and crank looked fine, unlike mine Also saw your head and valves.

the car was never right from day one didnt pull really well as i thot it wasnt much faster than the 350 bhp sx ive got,was really heavy on fuel got 55miles to a full tank first time we drove it
it also done in all six plugs after a week of driving,it was also using around five litres of oil to every two full tanks of fuel
the final staw was at crail when it ran a 15 sec quarter mile and i couldnt see out the rear window for oil smoke and it picked up a really bad missfire as well
i had just bought an apexi n1 eviloution exhaust from indigo gt top guy
gave up tryin to see whats wrong with it ma self (me being a motor mechanic lol) and i decided best option drop car of at the garage and get an expert to tell me whats wrong with it

Yep, it was yours, I was actually having a close look at your BBS rims as I was thinking of a set myself .... don't worry, they are still on the car

Marc actually told me the sad tale and showed me one of your problems, a very, very wobbly valve

Hope it all goes well, the car is in good hands.

I'll second that, Mark seems like a top bloke. If I cant get my R32 GTR to start up soon, its getting trailered down to him. Always heard good things about "The Garage"
