I must advise you your choices are for 2 very different products.
Nismo = prefab carbon, for racing
Top secret = Wetlay, more show and shine.

Nismo R34 GTR R-tune bonnet (Pre fab carbon) , £1,656.00 posted to you (This is based on previous order but Nismo were changing there discount structure so would need to check to be 100%)

Top Secret carbon bonnet (wet lay carbon) £813.00 posted to you.
Again before order, Need to check discount, as maybe able to save you more money.

Edited to say, Nismo is by far the better item, the carbon they use is the best you can buy, all the waterways are there, simply an outstanding piece of carbon work.
Top secrets bonnet weight is 6kg, but it is not very firm, and many of their products use alot of resin....again, great for show and shine, but not perfect for motosport.

Cheers Rick for the quick reply. I'm just pricing up options at the mo - something to perhaps purchase in the near future. Rallying is taking up all my money at the mo, an expensive sport!!

Rallying is a hard sport, I have never taken part due to my fear of trees and other large objects getting in the way
