No, 2JZ pisses on those in stock form. You can get 1000whp with a built 2JZ or an RB26 and the 4litre Falcon motor can NOT hold that power on stock internals at all. And the motor the 4l comes in makes it all negligable.
I prefer the 1JZ/2JZ to the RBs myself - the reason I own the Skyline is the total package. In terms of 1JZ vs RB25 (the obvious comparison) I suspect the RB25 is a fair bit more efficient, I am only running 1bar but my car is making the power it seems that 1JZs seem to need 1.2+bar of boost to make. On the other hand, I'd probably be ok with pushing 1.4bar into an untouched 1JZ whereas I've chosen to have 1bar as a max on my RB25.
