no Enzo, but if it's about the same as 430 and definitely worse than a Zonda F it won't be a match to a new GTR, not to mention a tuned track ready R32 (let's say former japanese A Group, AFAIR those cars where about 600hp - but that car's probably worth more than 60k USD)
Enzo is a road legal car that has to abide to some rules, if it is to be allowed to drive on the roads, that means that it must have some features that make it more friendly to the road users and others. It's also a rich man's car so it has to have some driver aids (some... not many, but track oriented cars have none).
And now we come to the thing connecting the steering wheel and the seat, the driver. Even if you have a very, very fast car it doesn't mean you'll be faster on the track. I, for example beat a M3 BMW (dated mid 90's) with my daily driver, a 160 hp Mazda 3, on the track and it's not the only more powerfull car that came after me. While the Enzo is a F1 car for someone rich enough to buy one, it isn't as easy to drive as other Ferraris (more daily commute oriented). I'm sure you all saw a video or two of how to crash an enzo. This is where the GTR comes to mind, it's a car that is said to be one of the fastest thing to drive for a normal driver, not a race car driver. I remember an article where I read that some reporters where testing a GTR at the 'Ring and a race car driver in a Porsche couldn't pass them and gave up (or the car gave up, I don't remember well).

Beating an Enzo is a combination of a good driver and a good car, beating an Enzo with a good driver is being as good as him and having a well prepared car. It's not impossible but a 60kUSD price tag is just stupid because the result depands on too many factors.
