Have an imported 2000 R34 GTR how can i get TV and sat nav to work?

Run a search. From what i remember the TV will not work and neither will the the satnav. There is a cable that clarion Japan sell and it allows you to plug in an aux unit so it can be an Alpine sat nav unit to work for the UK
