Bad news first;

Rob's not coming over with the car although I wish he was.

Good and bad:

I am out of the country when the car is due back so it will not be on the track until late July. (and NO I do not require anyone to test it while I am away thank you)

Good news!!!

The car has done its first and only run at the strip to see how it goes. Engine, box, diffs, etc are perfect but it needs four wheel alignment etc before any high speed runs. It was too hard to handle so Rob took the power off just over half track and still ran a 9.7 !!!!!!!!!!!

The car is now going through a strip down inspection and then alignment etc and will be back out for some more runs. I reckon it is going to be very interesting indeed.

Watch this space!
