Just thought I would say a quick 'thanks' for some excellent service

I bought a great fuel pressure regulator from him at a decent price but the thing that struck me was how quick it got here.

About 5 days from the time of ordering to here

Was going to PM him my thanks also but seeing as you've started a thread I'll hijack it

Ordered a Trust Suction kit for my R32 and, despite no Trust stock and the fact that it was the festive period I got it this morning.....

Great service yet again

Here's how it went when I bought my FMIC through him last year

Rick (Friday): sorry mate it's gonna take roughly 2 weeks for delivery, hope that's ok
Me: that's ok, I'm not in a hurry
Rick (Monday): it was shipped over the wknd mate
Me (Thursday): thanks Rick, received everything this morning, that was fast!

Can't recommend him enough, he's a great guy!

... BUT I have to say, he works too much

Let's rename him "Rikku Flashu"

Cheers everyone missed this one,

But cant take any of the credit, we have a good team here, so will let the guys here you said nice things......allthough we do work too many hours......but I love my job and dont take it for granted.

Finally getting to play with some nice machines, love our plasma cutter....and had a go at welding aluminum......got to be one of the most difficult things i have ever had to do. I normally pick things up easy, but this is going to take some time....lol
