R33 GTR V-Spec - For sale ?

Hi All ,

Right , i have owned my R33 GTR for approx 4 years . In this time i have done maybe 8k miles . The car has been garaged most of this time due to owning an Evo 6 at the same time . The car needs a little TLC so the question is do i sort it then sell or sell at a reduce price as is ?

Details :

R33 GTR V-Spec
50ish miles ( havent checked )
Service history from Abbey + RR print out ( done a good few years back )
Oil/Filter changes done by local performance garage
MOT - June
Cat 1 Alarm
Tracker

Modifications:

HKS Hard pipe kit
HKS filters
Trust front mount
Tein Coilovers
Unknown uprated down pipes
De-Cat
HKS Exhaust
HKS SSQV Dump Valves
Carbon Engine covers
Splitfire coils
HID Kit
Carbon Slam pannel
Tinted Windows

Do-Luck front bumper
Genuine Jun bonnet
D-Speed side skirts
D-Speed rear spats
Veilside Spoiler

18" Ultralite Nurs ( Black / Polished Lip )

Let me know what you think and what you think i should be asking .

Many Thanks

David

Get some pics up, and more details of the TLC that it needs, and we should be able to make a better judgement for you

Forgot to Add :

Twin Plate Exeddy Clutch and flywheel
HKS turbo timer
Blitz boost gauge
Suede gear and hand brake boots
Momo knob
Private GTR plate

TLC = the only major thing that it needs is forth gear crunches and the transfer box needs bled properly . I have a Gearbox/transfer box from a low milage UK car to go in and would go with the car .

The rest is just minor things like the paint could do with a refresh/machine polish and bits of trim need secured .

All in all very minor

Wow ! This was only meant to be an initial interest and advice post that has turned into a vast amount of PM's already .

I am not a fan of people asking for offers but i am affraid it looks like thats what i am doing . The car is by no means a shed , yes there are a few dents, scratches and fadded parts but what can you expect ?

If the car was 100% MINT i would be asking around 10k but i am honest and perhaps overly critical . I have had an offer of £5k but i would rather break it for those figures .

I think £10k is a reasonable price - AS IT IS NOW.

If it was tidied up, then maybe even £12-13k might be on the cards.

I friend just reminded me of a scratch on the rear 1/4 pannel . I scuffed it on my garage wall . Series of about 4 scratches underneath each other approx an inch long . it hasnt dented the body work but has scratched the paint .

I was supposed to be driving it to spain this year , if i do i will be getting EVERYTHING sorted .

£5k someone is taking the piss - that is an easy £10k all day long.

£5K . I hope you kicked his/her arse! You couldn't get an engine for that, let alone the whole car. Can they spell banker with a 'W'?

Looks lovely.

Its a beautiful machine, if you can afford to own it (Garaged) aswell as an EVO 6 then dont let it go for less than 10k. Id put it back in the garage and brick the door up.

Thanks for all the comments, they are giving me the "skyline" buzz again which i am sad to say has been lost for a while . The evo is away and i have a car for day to day use .

I think i described it as needing TLC because i am very picky with my cars especially when selling them and hate to have somebody branding me dishonest .

Its all minor things that somebody who know what they are doing could rattle through in a day eg , i have fitted a momo steering wheel with Hicas boss but dont know how and havent hooked the horn and hicas part up .

I have had alot of interest but the " sort everything and drive her to spain " option is starting to grow on me again .
