Ok, reading the above, I now realize that my English skills have deteriorated quite badly having lived here in Japan for the last 5 years.
Let me try again.
The event will be on July 5, 2008 Saturday (unless we don't have enough members, of course).
I need to have a solid, committed headcount by this upcoming Saturday, June 14, 2008.
