Just talked to the helpline..... He said:
You'd only have got an e-mail if you booked it through them. Online bookings dont get one (you can correct him if you like!).
First thing one will here is the arrival of the joining instructions *and* your helmet couriered (not posted) to you.

p.s. Keeping my fingers crossed about my helmet - trying to get Nissan to change the first name on my order from "John" to "John F" (They dont do middle names or initials). There are three generations of "John"s around and I'd like the helmet to be clearly mine!
