In a sense, the 2530s shift the powerband upwards. As long as you get into and stay within that powerband, it's nothing different from a GT-SS setup - except that you are more powerful. So I'd amend that situation - on the street, anyone who knows how to drive and spool up his 2530s will beat a GT-SS car every time.
