I've been to Florida and had all manner of steak meals out there (who hasn't actually)....I don't recall the quality being as good as a prime bit of aberdeen angus? Might have been going to the wrong places but I recall quantity being the priority over quality (quality was good but emphasis seemed to be on putting half your bodyweight on the plate)
