i'd love to know what Brian is doing to try and change the situation though, apart from simply moaning on car forums.

i've recently personally collected and presented a 3000 signature petition to my local mayor campaining against the doubling of local parking charges. ive also attended council meetings and had numerous articles in the local press.

what are you actually doing Brian, aside griping?
