You're right about the Hayabusa though, nothing (carwise and (stock) bikes) can really outpull one over 150mph - all these videos of cars beating Busas, well, it's because it's one thing to drive 160mph in a car on a public road with bumps and traffic ruts, and a whole different ballpark to do 160mph on a bike. You can come off a MotoGP bike at that speed and live because you're on a track with gravel traps and you've 99% lowsided, but even with full riding gear, if you come off a bike at 160mph on a street, you've lost stability and you're tank-slapping, highsiding, you'll die and they'll be collecting your corpse in 3-4 pieces.

OP said hung "with a Hayabusa up to about 110 mph"
A busa will hit 110mph in second gear
As for 600's it depends on the bike some stock 600's will run low tens they may not be pulling as hard over 120mph but they will be there a lot quicker and i would still expect them to be able to outpull 99% of street cars
Some very slightly modified 600's with good riders can run strong 9's there is a dedicated championship for them
