You can come off a MotoGP bike at that speed and live because you're on a track with gravel traps and you've 99% lowsided, but even with full riding gear, if you come off a bike at 160mph on a street, you've lost stability and you're tank-slapping, highsiding, you'll die and they'll be collecting your corpse in 3-4 pieces.

Conducted a race against a busa in germany once, fastest to 200mph i was in the supra.....the bike got beat.....
