I went to the last F1 race at Donnington, it was raining on half of the track and the other side was bone dry. I think Senna won, Murray Walker said it was one of his favourite Grand Prix races of all time.
I thought it was a good venue for an F1 race and the logistics were handled really well. This would also generate massive income for Donnington and would cover the investment needed to ready the track for a modern F1 race.
