I am looking for an estate car and came across an A6 2.4 W plate with 70k on the clock.... its got a few little dents on itbut nothing that engine sounds sweet.. but has anyone had any experience of these..whats the running cost like....

The 2.4 is a nice smooth engine but quite thirsty and lethargic mate. Much better off finding a 1.8T or 1.9 / 2.5TDI if you can mate....

I almost bought a 2,7 biturbo quattro in january. seems like a more fun car for almost the same price

remember to get the manual and not that tiptronic-nonsense
