Next episode.

Although this car is being built for road use mainly, I want to be able to use it as a drag car as often as I like and therefore have asked Rob to use better than necessary parts as no doubt I will be giving it a ragging as often as I can. This way I should be able to regularly run 10s without having to keep rebuilding the engine.

Time to fit some serious head studs!

In they go!

Torqued to perfection.

Does that look good or what?

Next an exceptional brand new head which has been ported, polished and flows more air than a Member of Parliament.

This is the only close up picture of the head we have. Note the long valve guides, these are long life street guides not race guides.

RIPS endless

The amont of top cars that have recently been coming out of Robs shop is amazing. This one looks extra special. I lost sleep just day dreaming about my car when rob had it, I would be a mess if I had to wait for something like this. Nice car and full credit

What's with the 1st and 6th stud from the right on the back row Jeff?

Looks like they've been sleeved?

If that's what they are, just looked like a crystaline structure as if it had sheered in the above pic.
Maybe the quality of the photo looks grainy on my PC.

Hi Conrad,

I am using the H pattern 6 speed Getrag gearbox.

The turbo details and pics will be along shortly.
