Bad garage

Ok so basically when I bought the car back in January, nearly two months after I was still chasing up the garage to send the log book off and I was just been fobbed off by the garage saying they had done it, which the DVLA confirmed that they hadn't, I ended up going to the DVLA who were spot on and ended up fining them for not doing their job properly, I got my log book through shortly after.

I thought that this was probably the end of the matter but now I have had a letter from the DVLA saying that someone is trying to register my car in their name and have the log book transferred over to them, I now have to send photocopies of my log book, proof of receipt and a load of more stuff which is a pain in the arse.

I've been to the police as it concerns me what this persons intention are, DVLA have told me I have nothing to worry about as long as I've got the proof of receipt, I know for a fact once I've sorted this out someone will keep on trying to register it just to waist my time and the DVLA have confirmed that they can not stop them from doing this. Just makes me want to set the wan@@rs head on fire knowing that he is trying to f@@k me over.


My car is as I bought it, it was in a mess but due to neglect in Japan not here, chasis numbers match, suspension was f@@ked, clutch was f@@ked, there was no fog light on the car, yet........ it had just passed it's mot through the garage.

I'm not going to cause any poop for the sight PM if you wanna know, they are just a massive no no for anyone wanting to buy a performance Jap machine
