just dyno mine this morning, stsndard car with miss fire , made 256 at the hubs, but that is using the higher boost or about 0.9 or restrictor removed. The new turbos you have extend that as the amount of air going in is more as the AR in greater, you will just max out the injectors lower in the rev range.

To be honest, you cant just put turbos on, you need to buy an Apexi Power FC, and map it as a min. When map you will be able to tune the car and get more power and even better fuel economey ( A bit ), with everything else standard. You have no option as the turbos dont match the ECU now.

Turn the boost down as far as you can, and hire a tuner. There is someone on this board who flies around and tunes cars. I dont know his name as I have only been on this board a few days but he sounds like he really knows his stuff.

Hi all - interesting poll results - dead even! I have decided against turbos at the moment and will be ordering my Apexi Power FC within the next few days. Figured I'd best start there and turbos can come later in the year. Also, need to get them rocker covers off and see if it has the after-market cams it should have. Or if some nob has put vernier cam wheels on factory cams..... so thanks everyone. I've learned a bunch!

Keep us up to date, I'm all keen to see an angry R33 GTR show up in the area. I am trying hard to resist getting one of my own and doing a nice big single conversion on it
