Hill climb is Shelsley Walsh (live 15 mins away from there)
I was there when that vid was filmed, certainly an amazing car. sounded crazy. The car is the Gould racing Puma, some info here Gould Engineering the car is estimated at near 1000hp Gould who built it specialise in speed hill climb cars. and F1

He used to, or still owns Xtrac that make semi automatic gearboxes and other stuff I think..........
