Well since i not got much else to do ok!

1) Unscrew gear knob and remove ashtray form below climate controls.
2) Undo the two screws behind the ash tray holding in the plastic surround that goes round the gear knob and part way up the centre console.
3) Grip the plastic surround and pull it out (its held in with clips only) i found best way was quick sharp pull (the clips are pretty sturdy and unlikely to break)

4)Lookin at the centre console there are two screws revealed by removal of the previous piece that are the only other screws holding in the remaining dash surround, remove these, drop the steering column down as far as possible and start pulling at the centre console surround. Again the clips are sturdy but unlikley to break.

5) With the whole surround now loose unplug the connectors for the boost/oil temp/front torque gages, clock and one i think might be relater to aircon, along with a half inch diammeter rubber pipe. There is also another wiring plug near the far right of the consol, near to the far right corner vent.

6) The whole big console piece will easily come away now.

7) To remove the speedo surround plastic, there are two screws that screw upwards into the top of the dash and two screws revealed after removing the big center console piece. Remove these screws and the surround will come away.

8) There are 3 screws , 1 top and 2 bottom holding in the speedo cluster, undo these and remove the cluster. Remove the 3 multiplugs from the cluster (squeez the center tabs to pull them out) and out comes the cluster.

9) Unscrew the 5 orange/brown plugs on back of the cluster, swap the bulbs for the leds. Reconnect the multiplugs and turn the side lights on to see if you got all the leds in the right way. Reverse any that arent and put it all back together..

10) Have a brew

Hope this helps. P.S. Thanks to Dean for showing me how to do this in the first place
