The main worry would be that other drivers (like truck or large SUV) wouldn't see you. I remember a couple of months ago after leaving work at Westminster, I saw the type of bicycle where you lie on your back and you pedal, the dude got nearly run over coz' the car in the roundabout didn't see it

However, it would be quite useful for motorway tolls
