The simple, straight forward unarguable fact is that if you buy an R33 GTR for £5.5 you will almost certainly be looking at a big bill very soon.
If you spend proper money on a car with history and documentation you are *far less likely* to have that big bill comming your way.
The thing worth considering is that breaking a R33 GTR will net you more than £5.5k if so to sell a working one for that would be madness.
There are no garantees in life but you do get what you pay for....
