Newer Shape Stegea
Elo been a while since Ive been around after selling the GTS.
Needing a change of the norm and was wondering if it was possible to bring in a newer Stagea ie the volvo back shape version (2002 250TRS)? |

No
Theres no model reports for any model of the stagea so car will have to be 10 years old before you can register it.

you can bring a late one in managed to bring in a 2000 model, but there is no model report availalbe, you have to pay to have it lab tested and was very hard to get it through cost over £3000 to do but it is possibly, SVA uk can deal with it for you.

you cant make a model report tried that but there are too many changes needed to be able to get it through emisions etc so SVA will not allow a model report on it.
so only leaves one option lab testing and a 3k bill, |

I have a 96 plate one here which needs repair or stripping, you could bring a newish one in, put this book on it and then private plate it if you liked. Lets face it, not many people know a Stagea, never mind what shape a newer one is!! I want £1300 for it as it is. The engine is mint having only covered 60.000 miles, the gearbox is mint etc etc. I've had it out for a blast (on private roads, due to the broken screen etc but it goes like stink! it would break and sell for over a grand and you have a log book for next to nowt.
