Exactly. If they guy can't afford (or be bothered) to spend £300 on getting it sprayed and the locks fixed before selling it, what else has he skimped on? He's clearly in a hurry to sell it on so what bad news has he just discovered? Given that he's looking to p/ex for Evo's, Scooby's etc. then he probably hasn't lost his job, he's probably lost his bottle having been given a quote for a big job (all in my opinion, obviously, but those are the alarm bells that went off in my head reading that advert)
