Thanks for the info.. I knew about the flanges not quite fitting but being a simple MOD. I have found a few people doing custom housngs so you can get a T4 flange on an HX40. Also the H1E which is the older version of the HX40 comes with T4 options depending on the size of housng you go for.
Regarding sizes I have been advised as I am only looking for 600bhp a HX40 or H1E should be more than fine.. Maybe the HX50 will be a bit too laggy?
I have managed to find a lot more info in the states.. Also if you want to buy one.. typical as it is that we get ripped off for everything in this country you can buy them in the states much cheaper! Generally because practically all the big rigs use them!
