lol Little oops in the down hill..

SO we had this fantastic idea the other night, lets go to the mountains! It was grand, me in the R32, John in the Z32, and Jay in the LS Vtec CRX. We bolted up Estes at 1am and decided to go up Glen Haven pass which is a little more technical and less patrolled. On the final portion of the canyon there is a set of 2 consecutive hair pins at a 45 degree angle (so 4 turns all together) ran them and had a ton of fun.

Seen Here:

On the way down we switched positions and i was bringing up the rear. On the second set i had too much speed leaving the last one and then brake fade caught me off guard and i put myself right off the road. Thankfully the soft sand stopped me quickly as there was an 8ft cliff not but 6 feet from where we stopped. No MAJOR damage done but i did manage to take out a sign, trash my front bumper (fixable) crinkle my right front fender and smash my corner light to bits. Nothing done to the mechanics though. But we were deep in the mountains so no signal, thankfully my friends stuck with me and helped me get the car out of the soft sand and get it home with no problems. FEW!

So I have officially found the limitations of my car with few regrets!
