for all its cracked up to be, the Lexus LF-A didn't do so well. I wonder when the R35 is going to make a showing at this race - it's clear that one need not drive an exotic to place well in this difficult endurance race (VW Scirocco, BMW 320 diesel), but one would suspect that a car optimised on the 'Ring, like the R35, should place well...and what's with the dominance of the 911s?

I liked the way some of the drivers coming down the long straight under 'The Gantry' at 140 mph + were waving to the TV camera's !!!!
Might try that myself next time .......

Yes, The R35 is supposed to be making an appearance in the Nurburgring 24h next year! So I think I might be taking a trip over there for the next one.
