Has anyone actually had their e-mail from Nissan yet with the date confirmed? I'm driving myself insane (pun intended).

If they can't deliver the delivery date on time how the hell are we going to trust them to deliver the car on time!

Did you not hear that all Nissan dealers are closed for the weekend.

they were obviously better informed than the rest of us, else, they've had a run on the chocco hobnobs and thought it prudent to shut up shop before the choccie monsters arrived......

Latest - whilst JFE have given me the date, I rung the Concierge to see if they could let me know at what time the profiles were being updated. I was told that:

"Customers will either receive an e-mail within a week telling them to check their profiles for delivery dates or they will get a letter explaining why they didn't get the e-mail"

TBH, I told the bloke that was a bigger load of bollocks than even comes out of gordon Brown's trap and perhaps he would like to pass that on to the powers that be.

Sounds like there may be alot of sh*t about to hit the fan!!

At the risk of being controversial, there is no reason your dealer should not have called by tomorrow. I've got another 20 calls to make tomorrow (out of 131). I know we've got the second highest numbers behind Middlehurst but I can't understand why there are so many people in the dark??? I've been assured that you will all get the update email tomorrow, so I've voted 100% on the poll! I know my customers will all have their dates by tomorrow. All of the dates are on NORDIS (Nissan ordering and distribuition), so every dealer knows the dates!
Well Davros, how do you feel about your 100% vote now?

As I expected, a total farce from start to finish.

I spoke to Andy at Middlehursts today....

Basically he told me my car wasnt on his system so he had no date. He also didnt even realise that my original order was WITHOUT satnav but had been UPGRADED by Nissan by default.

In the same sentence I got the...

"Our satnav is being fitted in a week"...... been saying that since beginning of May..

"I'll have more info for you in a week"...... marvellous eh?

Generally just brassed off with the whole thing. Never been treated so badly (even by BMW dealers..)

Just wouldnt mind some bloody honesty for a change......

When you posted that, I felt pretty pissed off actually! Now I'm just amazed, but glad someone had the knowledge to "crack" the "code". Just for info, although the code conjures up the first day of the month, I'm pretty sure that this is just an indication of the delivery month rather than the actual delivery date to the dealer. I'd love to see NMGB delivering 40 GT-R's to my dealership on the 1st June, but it's just not gonna happen.
