So, all of us who have placed a GTR order should receive a delivery date "by the 30th May"

Just for fun of course, place your bets on how likely that is to happen by 5pm tomorrow, 30th May.

Dont like to mention it but if anyone placed orders with a dealership not on the approved list of 10 then they would probably not find out until later and would also be at the back of the queue as they couldnt place their orders until 2 days after the main dealers - as I have known for the last 3 days my date then the dealers should have everyones already so chase them up!!

Also I was told today that all dates were set at the 14th of the month (well at least the May ones are) at the moment but I have seen other dates around the forum any ideas?

The dealer rang me exactly when they said they would (tuesday 27th v's promise of 'in the last week of May')- they have been very good the whole way through - reckon I've had three calls from them to keep me updated of exactly whats happening.

I've never used the web log-in but then I prefer to speak to a human and get an answer when I'm spending over £50k on something!! :-)

Hope you get your date soon - I can see that Tunbridge are having problems but cant think why as surely they should be using the same systems as the other dealers (unless they cocked up ordering or something and are trying to fix it - I hope not for the sake of all involved).

If only there was someone on here who was a GTR expert working at a dealership and might be able to find out what is going on........

Hope that was aimed at me!!!!!

I've called most of my customers (Phil is on holiday this week so it's down to me, not enough hours in the day with everything else I'm organising

As well as being a Dealer Principal!!) gonna call the rest tomorrow. At the risk of being controversial, there is no reason your dealer should not have called by tomorrow. I've got another 20 calls to make tomorrow (out of 131). I know we've got the second highest numbers behind Middlehurst but I can't understand why there are so many people in the dark??? I've been assured that you will all get the update email tomorrow, so I've voted 100% on the poll! I know my customers will all have their dates by tomorrow. All of the dates are on NORDIS (Nissan ordering and distribuition), so every dealer knows the dates!

sorry davros, i just realised it says cambridge as your location next to your post so my question earlier was rather stupid. it would be interesting to know more about the v spec though....or spec v as it will be called....is it going to be a 2+2 or just a two seater?

Honest answer?? I don't know. My guess is it will be a 2 seater(judging by spy shots) not much more power if any, much lighter and lots of carbon - JUST A GUESS!!!!!!!
