As someone who runs a database driven website shop I've experienced all these conversions disasters first hand so I have a little sympathy for NMGB - but not a lot cos they should have some real professionals doing it!

Yes I was suspicious when all the converted dates were the first of the month

I didn't for one minute think that all cars would be delivered in the first of the month. I guess a more accurate date will be communicated as the time nears.

Pissed off. Put my order in Nov 07, just got confrimation black edition with sat nav 'sometime around 14th december 09!!!!!' I was one of the first 100 in the uk to order but Im one of the last to recieve a car. Only upside is I may sneak a 10 plate rather than a 59- Over 2 years for delivery!!!

I wonder where Nissan will be holding all the cars in the UK? The container ships can't be any more recent than once per week and I doubt the dealers will be able to store that many on site...

I may have to take a trip to some of the dealers in Newcastle next September now then since people are getting confirmation! Would love to see one in the flesh! So if anyone is collecting from Newcastle, let me know please so I can take a peak!

Got my email 7pm Friday night with a delivery date of June which I'm happy about. Website still not updated though which is very p**s poor. I know (as I'm a contract web developer myself) how little effort this would require from a crap web developer never mind a professional one. So for Nissan not to be on top of this doesn't say much...

can you not offer them your services. heck, they need all the help they can get and it would appease the rest of us. agreed. this shouldnt have happened, not even an apology and woildnt havbe taken much to fox.

I feel for you Ellsworth. If its any consolation, I ordered in Oct 07, and I get mine in Nov. Will be waiting the same time as you.
