Alex what do you recommend for the dark blue metallics mate,i seem to have a slight difference in finish on the bonnet to the front wings from some angles, only minor but any suggestions would be welcome,cheers mark

Not to sure alex,it`s just the bonnet seems a tiny bit flat compared with the front wings,any suggestions to revitalise and then maybe a good wax to protect?

If it's dull from swirls or scratches, then a light diminishing polish like Poorboys SSR 2 will help bring out the marks with a couple of applications.

If it feels a bit gritty to touch but not to bad on the scratch or marks front, then maybe just a good clay-barring session to get all the road grime etc off (without abrading into the paint) may help with a decent QD spray as the lube.

I could work something like the Finish Kare Offer 2 (Products - Serious Performance) but replace the 2180 sealant with either of the two above options if that helps if your after a kit? You'll still have a really good wax to protect with and a decent shampoo and trim dressing.

Hope that helps... If you'd rather just have a few specific products, then let me know

Thanks Alex.. If I cant make it this thursday evening, then definitely next thursday evening.. Hopefully you have some of the Megs' gallons stuff in stock ie. Last Touch and APC..

p.s. Know any good wheel refurb places Alex? Completely knackered the polished lip on my Work Nezart!

Alex i`ll have a closer look tomorrow in the day light at the swirling and scratching and i`ll let you know tomorrow night,i was considering using the claybar option as you describe and then giving it a good waxing.
