nismo mfd installation - GT-R Register - Official Nissan Skyline and GTR Owners Club forum

hi guys,
im aware that the nismo mfd upgrade replaces the 2 boards in the mfd unit, but does anyone remember if there is any jumpers or settings which need to be done on the boards?
is there multiple places where the lcd cable can plug into (for different lcd versions / makes)
If anyone has the original nismo install instructions, can they scan it and post em up or any pictures of the actual control boards?
any help is appreciated.

Don't need to play with the jumper settings.

You can't really go wrong with any of the plug/ribbons

Can anyone share how to install this one?
Is it simply to hook the cables up?
Do I need to press some button sequence to get it to work?

Tried installing this last night, and got only a weird screen with japanese text...
Where does the new boost sensor go? I haven't found out by looking in the engine room...

hi i have just install the nismo mfd v2, i never see the "GT-R" i have done every thing(turn on and off while holding the botton), just never see the "GTR" is there anything could went wrong? anyone please help......

Found the boost sensor, it was only a bit hidden, discovered it while changing oil filter...
But how do I get the unit activated?? Please anyone.

Hi. Dont know if this is any use to you, but type this
"MFD setup and calibration info"
into the search the search box.
