Not 100% sure but that isn't a Veilside kit IMHO.

orig kit comes with Front Bumper/Rear Bumper/Side Skirts/Front & Rear Overfenders/Rear Spoiler

EP Racing are selling a kit similar to the Ms Factory, TBO I think it looks better. Cheap aswell.

Veilside is awsome but Im not over keen on the EIII. XS engineering's (from USA) R32 looks very very nice.

from what i understand the M's factory has disapeared, But i do prefer the widebody kit on Gary's car...just wonder what it would look like withough the side skirts....
