You would think it would be a straight forward excercise by now ie, question followed by an answer.
Even the concierge promised to call me back - that was on wednesday - still waiting, hope that changes as i am looking to use the service in the future

It defo is first come first served for the trackdays
just amended mine to 1st sept pm as i know someone else where i live thats going
this was the first date that had spaces for both us i was previously booked in on august 6th am
there are only about 6-8 dates left you better get your skates on
