advice fittting nur engine in r33

hi all i need some advice as my engine went tits up i have bit the bullet and sent for a nur lump.i understand that the sump from my engine needs fitting to the nur lump as it comes with a 34 sump/diff.also the 34 crank angle sensor is to be used.? any 1 done this swap i would like some help lads.

Peter has done this. Try PM. Or use the search, he may have done a bit of a write up.

AFAIK, he did fit his 33 sump, and already had uprated R33 cams, so kept those.

I suppose you could fit your R33 exhaust cam to keep the 33 CAS, or fit an R34 cas.

If you fit the R34 CAS I believe you have to swap the wires around, that's all.

You have to switch the outer 2 wires and the inner 2 wires. So a mirror image of the standard wiring if you understand.
