clutch help!!

a couple of weeks back i got caught up in a big snarl up coming out of london,
i spent the next hour in first gear crawling along up and down on the clutch.

i didnt seem to have any problems then, but this weekend on the motorway its started to play up,

when in fifth and floored the revs shoot right up but no response for a second or two, then the power gradually rises
it dosent seem to happen in lower gears as much! im no mechanic and have never had a clutch go before so im not sure if it is that

im pretty sure its a standard clutch, wheres the best place to find one?

the other thing is when opening the drivers side window the other day the glass slipped backwards and dropped down into the door

its been clicking and clunking since i bought it and now its come off its rails,

after 20 mins of faffing about its back on its rails, but it needs a new nylon wheel that goes on the scissor bracket (?) as this one is shredded, any ideas where to find parts like these?

new clutch dude, and as for the door and opel/ford/nissan of any type should have the little nylon bits and bobs, there all made by the same factory just go to the wreckers yard and have a look around. the guy probably wont even charge you for it as it is so isgnificant really.

My clutch just went 10 days ago, doing the same thing in 5th gear and also juddering heavy on pulling away from a standstill with any slight incline of the road!
After taking advice and knowing the facts that I enjoy 1/4 mile dragging, my only option was to go for a twin plate. I bought the Exedy twin plate Compe D from RHDjapan for £800 delivered.
I guess if 1/4 mile action isn`t your thing then an uprated single plate would do and cost less than £300 + fitting.

ive been looking around and can only see twin or multi plates,

you're right cliff 1/4 mile action is not my bag ,so no sense spending on a twin

Cheap Exedy (allegedly uprated by 40%) clutches on ebay are less than £300, but if you don`t trust them then here is one for £330......

http://www.jp4mance.co.uk/products/1/nissan/drivetrain

I know the company and I`d recommend them no problem.
