G'day mate........... I absolutely love my ATS twin. It's the best clutch I've ever had on any car for the power it takes.

I'm running a stock 2.6 for the moment whilst we're making the 2.8, but it's running a T66 at 1.4bar. Ran 470-480HP at the wheels when we ran it last, so that's about 550HP at the fly with a conservative 15% drivetrain loss, maybe as much as 600HP at the flywheel depending on who you talk to.

I can honestly say I've never had any slip from this cluth other than when it was new and was bedding in, and then it was only when the tranmission was cold the but I'd warmed the engine and was being a little too aggressive !! :)

After the thing was bedded in, it's been flawless, so smooth on the uptake, you can sit on a hill with no shuddering or hassles, no snatching or sharp uptake, just works.

Apparently it's rated to 900HP as I went for the heavy duty pressure plate at 1350KG. This adds about 2-3KG of pressure on the pedal to factory, but it doesn't feel like that much and you get used to it very quickly. I know DCD went for the standard pressure plate as thats the same pressure on the pedal as factory, but I planned on a 3.0 or 2.8 so knew it would be making more torque so wanted the extra pressure to cope.

I haven't used other clutches as they didn't make them when I bought my ATS (over 4 years, nearly 5 years now) and so it's hard to tell you it's the best, but I love it and I couldn't see how it could be improved. I don't think you can go far wrong.

    Hope that's helped.
