Too many variables mate...
I've seen 450hp from -7, 600hp from -5, not too sure about -10 (don't know anyone with this set-up) Generally the -5 is a good 500rpm laggier then the -7... But since you have the 2.7 this will narrow it down.. Rb26 Turbo Upgrade, All Dyno Results - Skylines Australia Have a read.. Worth it's weight (if any ) in Gold! Good luck bud |

With the extra capacity and larger cams, which will be most efficient at high rpms, the -7's will run out of puff. -5's would keep it nice and responsive because of the extra cubes, but keep pulling all the way to the redline.

550 is easy at 1.5 bar - I made 500 at the wheels with a crap conservative map at that boost. With 1.6 and a good track map you'll be closer to 600 at the crank.
I need to start shopping for spare turbos. I estimate about 5000km life left in mine. 20,000km between rebuilds on turbos may seem ridiculous, but then you haven't felt what 2 bars on these are like!! ![]() |
