Stagea wheel studs!

I have recently bought a set of LM GT Alloys for my Stagea and although they fit fine i cant get a wheel nut brace onto the nuts to tighten them as the apperture is to tight, are there nuts available that will allow me to do this?. I hope there is as otherwise i am buggered!!

Thanks

Paul.

Nismo nuts and a socket works fine with lm gt wheels on stageas. Have you tryed wheel sockets rather than spending money on new nuts as there not cheap!

Halfords sell slim sockets for wheels and they have a protective sleeve so they don't mark your rims. Think its the red sleeve one ya need!

nuts!

Thanks,I will give them a try, it was really tight getting the nuts on without brace!!, but may invest in a set of nuts with a hex end so can tighten from the end of the nut as against the side! if that makes sense?

As johnny says a socket is much cheaper than wheel nuts.

You do need to be careful when tightening up the nuts as stagea studs are not as strong as skyline ones although they are the same size thread. The shoulders are thinner - I beleive they are the same as a pulsar.

Not a problem till you break one by overtightening like I did.
