power fc -rb25det

hi people, ive got my power fc (2ed hand) preivous owner was running 740cc injectors/z32/big turbo ect

ive reset the ecu (initilized)
set my injectors to 67% (got deatchwerks 550cc)
set my airflow to vg30 (got z32)
turned off boost control as not used.

but when i start it it runs very lumpy and misses when reved.... @ idle may VEMS air fuel gauge tell me : 18:1 afr with 400c egt

ive changed the injector rate to 85% witch lets it kind or run ok but still 16:1 afr and dont run good.

i see butchs13 posted a base map of his and i wrote down mine (coped off my commander) and they seem to be differnt in alot of places (cant match his inj map) could the maps not have reset proply?

the injector and airflow setting went back to normal but the maps dont match a base map that butchs13 posted in his thread.

would post my maps but dont have datalogic so dont think i can.........can i?

copied my maps and setting off my commander (injectors set at 67%)

i have reset the ecu agian and put all the settings in agian using a 72% injector duty.
started it up and on idle is ok with a smoth rev, afr 14:1 but as it warms up (72 deg) and the revs drop the afr rises to 18:1 and starts to run lumpy and if you raise the revs to 2k rpm it misses like mad and the afr is around 18-20 but if you blat the throttle to get the revs up in the 4k rpm range it sounds a bit smother and the afr is about 12:1

any idears?

ive got to drive to rising sun on monday to get it mapped and its about 2hrs driving, so need to sort this out before i go. so any idears please help.
