tirerack in the US has started listing them. IMHO - unless you have cars in the market wearing those tyres, you wont get them.
Apart from the stock bridgestone and dunlops, Nitto, Hankook and Toyo are close to releasing GTR sized rubber.

I asked my local tire dealer and he told me that you can also use
ContiSportContact 3 RunFlatTire They are brand new in the dimesnions for the GT-R (255/40/20 and 285/35/20) !!! Greetings harald-hans
